Paul Esterer

Paul Esterer earned his Bachelor’s Degrees while attending Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.  He then attended the University of Arkansas in Little Rock where he earned his Master’s in Business Administration.  With his combined experience in commercial real estate and financial analysis, Paul has risen to the top as one of the most respected brokers in the real estate market.  Paul is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Arkansas and a partner in the commercial real estate brokerage firm V3 Partner, LLC - a valued associate of Solomon Partners.  Paul is a frequent speaker at urban redevelopment and financial conferences across the United States.

Paul’s accomplishments include:

• Housing Project of the Year Award – 1999, 2000 by the Arkansas Development Finance  Authority; 2000 Urban Planning Award
• Projects featured on HGTV, Bob Vila and the Wall Street Journal
• In 2005, the State of Arkansas Historic Preservation Program awarded Vanadis Investment Group with projects for one of its clients.
