Jodi Jester, ARM, C3P, COS

Jodi L. Jester, a native of Arkansas, brings with her thirteen years experience in property management with expertise in both conventional and LIHTC communities. With a combination of specialized training and practical application, she has achieved excellent qualifications in management, accounting procedures, public relations and customer service.

Jodi maintains an active Arkansas real estate license and holds the designation of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a designation of Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) with Spectrum Housing Management and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) from The National Center for Housing Management. Jodi’s expertise includes being a Senior Technology Consultant and Corporate End User Trainer for Yardi Systems Software through Evergreen Solutions, Inc. She previously served as Director of Operations for Richardson Properties where she was responsible for all aspects of leasing and management of retail, warehouse, residential, and office properties. Prior to that, she was responsible for the successful lease-up of a Class “A” Residential Apartment Community as Community Director with ERC Management Group.

As part of the Grubb & Ellis | Solomon Partners team, Jodi is responsible for Leasing and Management Services throughout Central and Northwest Arkansas.
