Dana Culp

Dana Culp is a commercial real estate agent representing both landlord and tenant interest in the Northwest Arkansas market. Dana specializes in office and retail leasing, tenant representation, and sales for both income producing retail properties and raw land transactions.

Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis | Solomon Partners in the early summer of 2008, Dana spent 3 years with a substantial commercial development company where she was directly responsible for due diligence and negotiations for the sale or lease of various commercial properties.

Dana takes pride in maintaining a strong relationship with national and local clients, representing their needs of acquisition and disposition. She is involved in both the Northwest Arkansas CCIM chapter and International Counsel of Shopping Centers.

Dana enjoys contributing to the community through the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas where she has been an active member for 5 years and served as vice chair for one of the areas largest fundraisers for children. Dana also supports the Women’s shelter, Children’s house and American Heart Association.
